2. How do I send money?
New customers will be given a form to fill out. Some information will be asked like identification card, recipient name, address, and telephone. You will then receive a copy of money transfer form with a Signature of Vn-Usa Employee and sender signature

3. What currency does the recipient receive?
We deliver money in US dollar. At the request of customers, we can also deliver the money in Vietnamese dong at the current exchange rate.(Eastern Asia Commercal Bank exchange rate)

4. How does my relative receive the money I sent?
Delivery will be made at the recipient’s residence, at the request of customers, the receiver can pick up money at local bank ,or local offices . Recipients must provide proof of ID to receive money.

5. Do I get a confirmation receipt of the money I sent?
Each transaction will have a confirmation receipt with recipient signature. Most transactions are delivered within 24 hours; customer will be able to pick up confirmation receipts at our offices or agent offices next day.or we can mail a confirmation receipts to sender address

6. Is there a discount if I send in large volume?
Fees are lesser in percentage when you send a larger amount. You can call our offices for specific fee for your transaction. For transaction 3,000 USD and over, we are required by law to ask for customers’ social security number, driver license, and date of birth. Transactions paid by cash of $10,000 or more are required to file CTR.

7. How long does it take to deliver the money to my relatives?
Normally, we deliver within 24 hours to most addresses in cities. If the addresses in provinces are difficult to find, it will take an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Messages are free to customers for up to 1 page per transaction.
